I am an out-of-the-box, Nationally Certified Counselor and Life Coaching Professional, with a Master's degree in counseling and over 20 years of experience. I specialize in working with individuals, couples and families who are ready to rethink their reality and make positive life changes. Each of us deserves to live a fun, more awake, content, and beautiful life. We are all worthy of having healthy relationships and feeling comfortably in our own skin. I am here to guide you and help you recognize and utilize your own strengths. I am here to help you realize that through learning to rethink your present reality, everything falls into place. I will help you see yourself and your world in a way that you have probably never thought of before. We do this together through fun sessions.
I am not here to fix your problems. I am here to help you find strength and confidence, and to reevaluate what you see as problems. I am assertive, direct and also offer a completely compassionate and nonjudgmental space where you can unabashedly say anything and everything. Together we work through it all and triumph.
