About Me

It took me a long time to get to a place of peace, contentment, and self-acceptance. I have known deep pain, fear, loneliness, and anxiety, and I also know what it takes to work through them.

I have always been a truth seeker. My own life experiences led me to question what is real, what shapes us, and how we can change the way we experience life. Through years of hard work, self-reflection, and facing myself honestly, I found a way to live with greater peace and clarity.

I bring that same depth, insight, and compassion into my work with clients. I have lived on my own since the age of 17, graduated from NYU at 20, lived overseas, traveled solo through Asia and Europe, earned a Master’s degree in Counseling, and overcame cancer. Those experiences shaped the way I listen, the way I see people, and the way I help them.

Since 2001, I have helped clients work through the obstacles that hold them back and reconnect with their authentic selves. My work is about helping people better understand themselves, break painful patterns, and remember the part of themselves that life may have caused them to lose sight of.

Based in Boca Raton, Florida, I work with clients virtually across the U.S. and internationally.
